By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Research use only

Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. Our products are not medicines, not food, not supplements and not cosmetics. They have not been evaluated by any medicines regulator, they are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they must not be administered to humans or animals.

By ordering you confirm that:

- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are ordering for laboratory research or analytical use;
- you are qualified, or work under someone qualified, to handle research   compounds safely;
- you will not administer the products to a human or an animal, or resell them   for that purpose;
- you take responsibility for handling, storage and disposal in line with the   law where you are.

We give no dosing advice, no protocols and no guidance on use in a living organism, and we will not respond to requests for it.

3. Your responsibility for import

You are responsible for checking that the compounds you order may lawfully be imported into and held in your country. Rules differ per country and can change. If a shipment is seized or refused by your authorities, that is outside our control and outside this contract.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when stock is gone, a price was shown incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or delivery to your address would be unlawful. If we cancel we refund in full.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are in euro and include tax where tax applies. Shipping is added at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. We use third-party payment providers and never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you named yourself, take possession of the goods.

8. Quality and batch certificates

Every batch is tested before it is listed. Each vial carries a batch code you can look up on our verification page, and the certificate of analysis for your batch is available on request by email — we send it per vial rather than publishing it, because published certificates get copied and reused by other suppliers.

Purity figures relate to the tested batch. We warrant that goods match their description and the certificate for that batch. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no further warranty.

9. Returns

See our Return and refund policy. In short: 14 days for EU consumers, sealed vials only, because an opened vial cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

10. Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site, and do not use it to break the law. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product in a way these terms forbid — in particular any administration to a human or an animal. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

EU customers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, though we would rather you email us first — most things are settled faster that way.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
