You receive a confirmation by email with your order number and everything you ordered.
Packed
Vials are wrapped and boxed in plain packaging. Batch codes on the labels match your packing slip.
Dispatched
We hand over to the courier several times a day. Your tracking link arrives the moment the label is created.

Tracking
Your tracking link is emailed the moment the shipping label is created — usually within a few hours of ordering.
Nothing after 24 hours on a working day? Check your spam folder first, then let us know with your order number and we'll resend it.
Taxes included
The price you see is the price you pay. Any tax that applies is already included in that price — nothing is added on top at checkout.
Orders within the European Union arrive with nothing left to pay. Any import duties and clearance fees are settled by us before the parcel is dispatched — you are never billed by the courier on delivery.
Local orders in Bali are handled the same way.
Customs & import
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or inspection. Those charges are set by your country and are payable by you — they fall outside the price you paid us.
You are responsible for knowing whether the compounds you order may lawfully be imported where you live. We cannot advise on local regulations.
What we can't do
We supply research materials with the documentation that belongs to them. We can't advise on dosage, administration, protocols or personal use — not by email, not by phone, not in any form.
Questions about purity, a batch certificate, your order or shipping? Those we answer gladly.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, for as long as the vial seals are intact. Tell us, then send it back within 14 days of that message.
Arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete? Then it is on us, seal or no seal — and we pay the return postage.
