Orders & shipping

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed on business days are dispatched the same or next working day. We pack and hand over to the courier several times a day, so most orders leave within six hours.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created. Delivery times per region are on the delivery page.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain outer box, neutral sender details, no product names, no branding, no indication of the contents. Nothing on the outside reveals what is inside.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries. During checkout you'll see whether your address is supported and what the rate is.

You are responsible for knowing whether the compounds you order may be imported into your country. We cannot advise on local rules.

What does shipping cost?

The rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping starts at €175 for the Netherlands and Belgium, €180 for the rest of Europe and €225 for the rest of the world. Local orders on Bali are always free.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photo of the vial together with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we make it right. Vials damaged in transit are replaced — researchers shouldn't pay for courier mistakes, and we cover the return postage.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, usually yes. Because we ship quickly, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel is with the courier we can no longer recall it.

That is not the end of it, though. If you are in the EU you still have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, as long as the vial seals are intact. See our Returns & cancellations page.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, for as long as the vial seal is intact. An opened or punctured vial cannot go back, for reasons of hygiene.

Email us with your order number, then send the parcel within 14 days of that message. You carry the return postage, unless the item was damaged, wrong or not as described.

Quality & testing

What exactly does the COA tell me?

A Certificate of Analysis is the laboratory's report on one specific batch. Ours shows the main peak purity measured by HPLC, the full chromatogram including impurity peaks, identity confirmation, the test date, and the laboratory that performed it.

Crucially, it carries the same batch code as the vial in your hand. A certificate without a batch number tells you nothing — it could belong to any material, tested at any time.

How do I look up my batch?

The code is printed on the vial label and on your packing slip, in the format SP-BPC-2608A. Enter it on the verification page and you'll see the analysis for that exact batch.

Who does the testing?

An independent laboratory — not our own. Every batch is analysed before it is listed for sale. If a result comes back below our release criterion, the batch does not reach the shelf.

Which method is used?

The method depends on the compound:

  • HPLC-UV at 214nm for peptides — the wavelength where the peptide bond absorbs
  • HPLC-UV at 260nm for NAD+, 5-Amino 1MQ, Glutathione and L-Carnitine
  • SDS-PAGE with RP-HPLC for larger proteins such as HGH and HCG
  • USP <51> with pH and assay for the waters

Why does purity matter so much?

In any research model, an unknown impurity is an uncontrolled variable. If you can't establish what is in the vial, you can't attribute what you observe.

That is the whole reason we publish the chromatogram rather than a number on a badge.

Handling & storage

How should vials be stored?

Before reconstitution. Keep the sealed vial cool and out of direct light. Lyophilized material is stable this way for the period stated on the certificate.

After reconstitution. Store refrigerated and use within the window appropriate for the compound under study. Do not freeze once in solution.

What is BAC water for?

Bacteriostatic water is a preserved aqueous medium used in laboratory workflows that require a reconstitution solvent. The preservative slows microbial growth, which is why it is preferred over plain water for solutions kept over several days.

It is supplied as a laboratory reagent and is not represented as Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP.

What is the difference between BAC and AA water?

BAC water is water with a bacteriostatic preservative — the general-purpose choice for most compounds.

AA water is acetic acid in purified water. Some peptides dissolve poorly in neutral solutions and require a slightly acidic medium.

Why shouldn't I shake the vial?

Agitation can damage the peptide chain. Add the solvent slowly against the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until dissolved.
