Nature of the business

We supply research compounds and laboratory supplies to researchers and laboratories. Our products are for laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics, they have not been evaluated by any medicines regulator, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

We make no therapeutic, diagnostic or preventive claims about any product. Purity figures refer to analytical testing of the specific batch and say nothing about suitability for any use in a living organism.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and do not currently do so, but we do handle every complaint sent to info@surgepept.com.
